    You can choose from four plans:

    (1) monthly subscription

    (2) 3-month subscription

    (3) 6-month subscription

    (4) 12-month subscription.

    Please go to each product page to complete the purchase procedure.

    Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and are recommended for a first trial. 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions are paid in advance. All plans are non-cancellable for 3 months, but can be cancelled after that. All plans require an additional shipping fee.

    Each month, our staff carefully selects and carefully packs delicious snacks that are truly widely eaten in Japan. Orders placed by the 15th of the month are shipped by the end of that month. Our boxes are higher in price range than other boxes of our competitors. This is because we want to introduce high quality, truly delicious Japanese snacks, not cheap and tasteless ones. We are sure you will like them. We include popular Japanese stationery as a free gift for your enjoyment.

    We send a box full of snacks directly to you!

    Items will be shipped by EMS. Each month we will deliver a box of delicious sweets directly to your home. Please enjoy the delicious Japanese sweets. Please note that shipping charges will be incurred in addition to the product price. Depending on the country or region, there may be additional customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.

      What kind of snacks and how many pieces are in the box?

      It contains 9 to 10 pieces of popular Japanese sweets such as Pocky and Kappa-Ebisen. The contents change every month. The photo is an example.

      What is the difference between each plan?

      For details, please refer to the detail page of each plan. Monthly plans are shipped after monthly payment is confirmed, and you can choose to continue or discontinue the monthly plan after the second payment (once you have paid, you cannot cancel). 3-month plans and above are cheaper than monthly plans because you pay in advance. 3-month plans cannot be canceled, while 6-month and 12-month plans can be canceled after the 4th month. Cancellations are accepted after the 4th month for 6-month and 12-month plans, but must be received by the deadline.

      What are the extras?

      One to several popular Japanese stationery items will be given as an extra gift.

      Where can I find allergy information?

      When are items shipped each month?

      Orders and payments received by the 15th of each month will be shipped by the end of that month.
      For the second and subsequent monthly plans, an invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month, and payment must be made by the 15th of that month. After confirming your payment, we will ship your order by the end of the month.

      How much is the shipping cost?

      Shipping charges will be added at checkout and are also noted in the Shipping Policy. 12-month plans save one month of shipping.

      Will I have to pay customs duties, etc.?

      This may be required depending on the customer's country or region. In such cases, the full amount will be borne by the customer.

      Can I cancel a subscription product once I have purchased it?

      Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by not paying the invoice we send you (however, once you pay, you cannot cancel that month); 3-month plans cannot be cancelled; 6-month and 12-month plans can be cancelled after the 4th month, but However, cancellation is not allowed after the 16th of each month. Please note that there is a deadline for cancellations, so please make sure to do so in time. If you miss the deadline, the cancellation will be applied to the following month.

      Since the products we handle are food products, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. Once payment has been made, even before shipment, the product cannot be cancelled (cancellation is possible after the 4th month for 6-month and 12-month plans). Please read the cancellation policy in each subscription plan. If you have any questions, please contact us.

      If I cancel, how will I be refunded?

      For 6-month and 12-month plans, refunds will be made according to the payment method after the number of unshipped items is settled. The settlement method is to calculate the amount already shipped (product price + shipping charges) at the monthly plan rate, and refund the remaining amount. Depending on the payment method, it may take several days from the time we process the refund to the actual refund date.

      Can I change my subscription plan?

      The change will be made in the following month. Please contact us first.

      Do you have any discount coupons?

      No coupons have been issued so far. If we issue coupons in the future, we will notify you through our newsletter and SNS.

      What should I do if an item does not arrive or arrives heavily damaged?

      Please contact us with your order number and details within 3 days of receipt. We will contact you shortly. Please send us a photo showing the damage. Please note that we may ask you to discuss this with the shipping company first.

      Can you ship my order as a gift?

      If you are ordering a gift, please let us know when you place your order. Special wrapping is not available at this time.

      What exactly do you do with your donation?

      The plan is to donate from a portion of the proceeds to children around the world who are currently unable to eat snacks.

      Can I request snacks?

      It is difficult to respond completely to all requests, but we would like to meet your needs as much as possible. Please make your request via SNS or our contact form.

      Do you have an affiliate program?

      None at this time.

      A portion of sales profits will be donated to the Red Cross and other charities. Details of the donation will be reported later on SNS.
