[Cancel Policy for Monthly Plan]

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time by not paying the invoice we send you (however, once you pay, you cannot cancel that month). However, cancellation is not allowed after the 16th of each month. Please note that there is a deadline for payment and cancellations, so please make sure to do so in time. Since the products we handle are food products, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. Once payment has been made, even before shipment, the product cannot be cancelled.
